* Third-party analytical cookies: On our Website we also use the Google Analytics audience measurement system, a web analysis tool from Google Inc. that allows us to know how users interact with our Website. It also enables cookies in the domain of the site where the user is located and uses a set of cookies whose purpose is to collect information anonymously and to produce reports on Website trends without identifying individual users. Google Analytics does not provide ELVIC with information on the user's real IP address: it only provides it with statistical information consisting of visits (unique visitors, number of pages viewed, page/view, average duration of visit, bounce rate, % of new visits, new and returning visitors, frequency and recent visits, interactions, pages visited), demographic data (language, country/territory, city), system (browser, operating system, Internet access provider, device category), source/medium. In particular, the following cookies are used:

o __utma: Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when the Javascript library executes and no existing __utma cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. By default, this cookie expires after 2 years. It is one of the main cookies set by Google Analytics.

o __utmc: Not used in ga.js. Set for interoperability with urchin.js. Historically (in the version before Google Analytics code), this cookie operated in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether the user was in a new session/visit. It expires when the browser session ends.

o __utmt: This cookie is set by Google Analytics and is used to throttle request rate. It expires after 10 minutes.

o __utmz: Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached the website. The cookie is created when the Javascript library executes and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. This cookie expires after 6 months.

o __utmb: Used to determine new sessions/visits. The cookie is created when the Javascript library executes and no existing __utmb cookies exists. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics. This cookie expires 30 minutes from set/update.

These cookies are not necessary for browsing the Website, so they will only be installed if the user consents to their use.
